• All readings are generated digitally and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

• We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy of readings.

• Results should not be used as a basis for making life decisions.

• Past readings do not guarantee similar future readings or outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Age Requirement

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• Users under 18 must have parental consent.

  3.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  3.3. Prohibited Uses Users shall not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer the system

• Share account access with others

• Harass or abuse other users or staff

• Submit inappropriate or offensive content

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the system

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and subject to change.

• Users will be notified of price changes in advance.

• Current pricing: 24 hours of unlimited readings for $1.00 USD.

  4.2. Payment Processing

• We use Stripe, Inc. as our secure third-party payment processor.

• By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

• We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

• Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

  4.3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before accessing premium features.

• All purchases are final for completed digital readings.

• You will receive access immediately upon successful payment.

  4.4. Refund Policy for Digital Readings

• Once a premium reading has been accessed and delivered, it is considered “used” and cannot be refunded.

• Refunds may be provided at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that completely prevent service delivery after payment
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages that prevent access to paid content

• To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at tarotdecides@gmail.com

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  4.5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

• If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at tarotdecides@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.

• We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

• Stripe’s dispute resolution process will govern any payment disputes.

  4.6. No Cancellation for Digital Products

• Since our premium readings are digital products delivered instantly, there is no cancellation period once access is granted.

• Purchases are for 24-hour access periods which begin immediately upon payment.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, including readings, interpretations, and artwork, is owned by Tarot Decides.

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

  5.2. User Content

• By submitting questions or feedback, you grant us the right to use this content anonymously.

• Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• We strive to maintain continuous service availability.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary service interruptions.
